SHANE BOOK is the author of Congotronic (Anansi) and Ceiling of Sticks (University of Nebraska). He was educated at the University of Victoria, the Iowa Writers’ Workshop and Stanford University, where he was a Wallace Stegner Fellow. His writing has appeared in more than twenty anthologies, including The Great Black North: Contemporary African Canadian Poetry. CORINA COPP is the author of The Green Ray (Ugly Duckling Presse), and chapbooks ALL STOCK MUST GO, Miracle Mare, and Pro Magenta/Be Met, among others. Other work can be found in Cabinet, BOMB, Triple Canopy's Corrected Slogans: Reading and Writing Conceptualism, and elsewhere. Her play, The Whole Tragedy of the Inability to Love, Part 1: SUSANSWERPHONE will premiere at The Chocolate Factory Theater in New York City in 2017. LIZ HOWARD grew up in rural Northern Ontario and is currently a poet and cognition research officer in Toronto. Her chapbook Skullambient (Ferno House Press) was shortlisted for the 2012 bp Nichol Chapbook Award. Her first full-length collection is Infinite Citizen of the Shaking Tent (McClelland & Stewart). SANDRA HUBER writes poetry and fiction dealing mostly with alternate states of consciousness. Her first book, Assembling the Morrow (Talonbooks) is based on a 9-month residency at a sleep laboratory in Laussanne. In the fall, she'll start a PhD at Concordia that looks at automatic writing. MAT LAPORTE is the author most recently of Life Savings (Odourless Press) and Bad Infinity (Boingo!). A full-length is due from BookThug in 2016. He lives in Toronto. Find more event info here.
