Carlos Blackburn was born in 1969. He got his BA in Anthropology from Columbia University and an MA in Sociology from the University of Glasgow. He is currently studying Physical Therapy at Glasgow Caledonian University. His poems have appeared in numerous journals and in the chapbook Portraits (Edinburgh: Artlink, 2005).
